Khater was the grandson of the sorcerer, Arion.

Notes

• In Secret Origins #11, Khater's appearance was deliberately errily similar to adult Prince Khufu's own appearance in the origin stories featuring Power Girl and Hawkman. A comic book letter collumn in Secret Origins #16 later confirmed the connection; Khater is a previous reincarnation of Khufu.
• The Khater that appeared in Powergirl #4 was an impostor created by Weaver.
