History
When Caitlin tried to resurrect Frost with Mark Blaine's help by entering the Consciousness Resurrection Chamber, a new personality named "Khione" emerged from her body after a malfunction in machine. This personality originally used the alias "Snow". Her powers appear to be nature-based, and according to Carla Tannhauser, she is neither a human or a meta-human, due to their being no traces of dark matter or cold fusion energy present in her cells, making the origin of her powers unknown. However, Khione later developed ice-based powers like Frost and eventually joined Team Flash.

- Unique Physiology: According to Oliver Queen, Khione's powers are connected to the "natural world", so she was able to use her powers to expel the "unnatural" (Bloodwork's infectious cells) inside of John Diggle, and according to herself, she is a "Goddess".[3][2]
