Kid Kon-El was an ally of the Justice Riders.
History
He was kidnapped from his world and put into a stasis pod by Black Zero when he passed through Earth-18 hunting Kon-El and Kid Kon-El tried to fight him.
He then teamed up with multiple versions of Superboy to fight Black Zero after the New Earth Kon-El and a young Earth-One Clark Kent broke them free of their bindings.

- Tactile Telekinesis: Like his New Earth equivalent Kon-El this Justice Rider can use telekinesis on things he has contacts with. Unlike any of his other known counterparts Kid Kon-El uses a lasso to extend his telekinetic range.
- Telekinetic Flight: Kid Kon-El can use his telekinesis to propel himself in flight.
- Telekinetic Force-Field: By creating a field around his body Kid Kon-El was able to resist or reduce injury by deflecting attacks.
