The Killer Moth was a Gotham City criminal who was an enemy of Batman, Robin and Batgirl.
History
Moth and his Mothmen went to the Gotham City Public Library to rob millionaire Roger Muntrose on one occasion, but Batman and Robin arrived at the scene to stop them. After a short fight, he used his cocoon gun to trap them, however Batgirl arrived and freed them from the cocoons. After another fight, Moth and his henchmen were defeated and taken to Gotham State Penitentiary.

- This version of the character is exclusive to the continuity of the television series Batman, its tie-in comic book series, related live-action movie and animated movies, Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders and Batman vs. Two-Face. It is an adaptation of Killer Moth. The original character was created by Bill Finger and Lew Sayre Schwartz and first appeared in Batman #63.
- Killer Moth was portrayed by Tim Herbert.
Trivia
- This character never actually appeared in the Batman TV series. He debuted in the unaired 1967 Batgirl presentation produced prior to Season 3 and made an appearance in the Batman '66 tie-in comic series decades later.
