Killigan O'Mara was a former US senator who was a major public figurehead for Jean-Paul Valley's revival of the Order of St. Dumas.

History

In the past, he had brief dealings with the drug smuggler Jasteau Riley.

It was through Killigan O'Mara that Jean-Paul was able to legitimise the new Order of St. Dumas to the public world and sanction the construction of a temple dedicated to St Dumas in Ossaville, creating the 'Azraelites'. However, O'Mara would ultimately betray Jean-Paul in order to have Nicholas Scratch become the leader of the 'Azraelites'.
