Kingu is one of the Annunake, the Babylonian Gods.
History
Kingu and Tiamat invaded Atlantis during the War of the Gods, seeking the third Tablet of Destiny, the acquisition of which they believed would reveal the complete formula of the Enuma Elish and the world would be reborn, with the Annunake Elders as its masters. They were defeated by Aquaman and Power Girl.
