Synopsis for "Brother's Keeper--Brother's Killer!"
Jason Burr is ready to wash his hands of the whole affair when he learns his "benefactor" Perez is actually a CIA Agent who is just using him for bait.
In addition, Kobra was a CIA "asset" early in his career---and the more his organization grows, the more the CIA will be scandalized if their past association became public. Kobra's assortment of poisons were initially developed by the CIA.
Kobra eventually brutally murders Perez, leaving Jason Burr to wonder if
he should take Kobra on against all odds.
