Conner Kent is the second Superboy. Developed by Project Cadmus as a clone, he has the DNA of the world's greatest hero Superman and his nemesis Lex Luthor. Originally he appeared during the Reign of the Supermen! storyline alongside three other "fake" Supermen, including Cyborg Superman, the Eradicator and Steel. He is a founding member of Young Justice and has also been a long-time member of the Teen Titans. His longest romantic relationship is with his love interest Wonder Girl, and Miss Martian after the Young Justice series.

When Conner became trapped in Gemworld, a second Kon-El was created in his absence. Harvest created him using the genetic material of Jonathan Lane Kent, the son of Superman and Lois Lane from a possible future. He was a member of the Teen Titans, Ravagers, and Gen 13.

Kon-El was created by Karl Kesel and Tom Grummett, first appearing in Adventures of Superman #500 (1993). The second Kon-El was created by Scott Lobdell and R.B. Silva, first appearing in Superboy (Volume 6) #1 (2011).
