Konfusion is an agent of the Bureau of Sovereignty from Earth 3. He is an evil doppleganger of both Superman and Batman and wields a Yellow Lantern Ring.
History
Anything that happens on Earth 0 creates an opposite on Earth 3. Therefore, when Superman and Batman temporarily fused together using a Green Lantern Ring, Konfusion came into being on Earth 3. When the Council of Light brought Amanda Waller back from Earth 3, Konfusion came with her.[1]
Waller sent Konfusion to lie in wait in The Bleed for a year until she was ready to strike against the heroes of her world. Once everything was in place, she had Konfusion seal Earth 0 off from the rest of the Multiverse by preventing anyone travelling through The Bleed. Superman and Zatanna travelled to the House of Heroes hoping to recruit help from alternate universes but found it ransacked. Konfusion tried to capture them but the House of Heroes began to fall apart due to the damage Waller had caused to The Bleed by utilising a Multiversal Bridge. The heroes escaped back to Earth 0 through the Dark Roads, leaving Konfusion stranded.[2]
