Kraklow was an enemy of Rip Hunter.
History
Kraklow was an 18th century sorcerer from Poland who used mystical clay to transform living beings into strange new creatures.[1] He battled the adventurer Rip Hunter, and would later oppose Rip's group Forgotten Heroes by joining the group Forgotten Villains.[2]
Eventually Kraklow would pass on his powers to aid the Kraklow of another reality, who used them to form a new Forgotten Villains and fight the Teen Titans.[3]

- Magic Modelling Clay: Kraklow shaped the clay into a desired shape in order to mutate the target (Shape-Shifting), and can control the mutated beings (Mind Control and/or Animal Control) [2].
- Magic Cauldron: It permits Kraklow to survey distant places (interplanetary range) and communicate with users with similar artifacts.[2]
Notes
- Although this character was originally introduced during DC's Earth-One era of publication, their existence following the events of the 1985–86 limited series Crisis on Infinite Earths remains intact. However, some elements of the character's Pre-Crisis history may have been altered or removed for Post-Crisis New Earth continuity, and should be considered apocryphal.
