Krem of the Yellow Hills is a pirate and assassin hailing from a distant world that orbits a red star.
History
At some uncertain point, Krem told a joke mocking the king to Ruthye Marye Knoll's father, intending to find those unloyal to the throne. Offended by the joke, Ruthye's father told Krem to leave. Krem then stabbed him for not laughing. A furious Ruthye would seek out a bounty hunter to go and kill him. The hunter, a friend of Krem's, warned him. Krem then hunted down Ruthye, discovering Supergirl, her spaceship, and Krypto. He shot Supergirl and Krypto before escaping in Supergirl's ship.
Following this, Krem arrived on Coronn, in Maypole, and was imprisoned for petty crimes. When Barbond's Brigands came to kill the residents, Krem offered them money and assistance in the genocide of Purple town. Afterward, he joined the Brigands. Krem would participate in the group's genocidal activities and eventually earned the right to use a Mordru Globe. He then re-encountered Supergirl and Ruthye, using the Globe to send them to a planet with a Kryptonite sun.
However, Supergirl and Ruthye survived and faced Krem again. Supergirl escaped his Orb and defeated the Brigands. Krem revealed to Ruthye that he killed her father for not laughing at his joke. Ruthye cut his fingers off, and Supergirl arrived to kill him but instead sent him to the Phantom Zone.
