Kuei was a Chinese member of the Young Allies during World War II.
History
Shot by an Imperial Army soldier during a battle, an unnamed Chinese soldier threw himself into a cursed lake in an attempt at suicide. Instead of dying, however, he was transformed into a horrifying demon called Kuei. He joined the Young Allies and ended up helping the Young All-Stars to thwart a plutonium-theft scheme by Axis Amerika.
