History

In the 1950s, Red agents, disguised as Kunwalo's legendary "Vampire Men," inflicted a reign of terror on the people of Kunwalo, in order to instigate a revolution among them, in a way that would prompt them to attack the United World military garrison that defended the Zuar Canal Zone. This scheme was disrupted, and almost all of the erzatz Vampire Men were killed, by the Blackhawks.
