Kyle Nimbus was the CEO of Nimbus Solutions.
History
He had the monopoly on power cells in New Gotham and also controlled the after market resales.[1] Batman took him out of business with help from Red Arrow and Ted Grant.[2]
Powers and Abilities
Powers
- Density Control: Nimbus can control the density of his body to make himself immaterial as gas or super-hard.[2]
- Intangibility: By decreasing his density he can make his body intangible.[2]
- Superhuman Strength: By increasing the density of his body he can strike with superhuman strength.[2]
- Flight: While in gaseous state Nimbus can fly.[2]
- Hypnosis: Batman suspected Nimbus had the ability to influece people mind through chemical exposure.[2]
Abilities
Weaknesses
- Power Limitation: In order to attack, Nimbus has to become tangible; this leaves him defenseless.[2]

- This version of the character is exclusive to the continuity of the comic book stories considered to be set on Earth 2. It is an adaptation of Kyle Nimbus. The original character was created by Gardner Fox and Jack Burnley and first appeared in Adventure Comics #67.
