Kyle Rayner, a Green Lantern of Sector 2814, was the host of Parallax. After being separated, Kyle became the White Lantern.
History
Kyle Rayner was a comic book artist until he was recruited into the Green Lantern Corps. He became possessed by Parallax and after being captured the Sinestro Corps, Rayner served as the herald of the Anti-Monitor. After returning to the Green Lantern Corps, Kyle was chosen by rings from the other six corps. With the help of Star Sapphire, he was able to harness the entire Emotional Electromagnetic Spectrum and became "White Lantern."
