- L-Ron was created by Keith Giffen, J.M. DeMatteis, and Steve Leialoha, first appearing in Justice League International #14. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, L-Ron first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in Legends of Tomorrow #4 by Keith Giffen and Bilquis Evely.
