Lulu is the pet of Lex Luthor and an enemy of the League of Super-Pets.

History

Originally a lab animal in the laboratory of Lex Luthor, Lulu came to see the evil genius as a mentor figure. Lex used Lulu in testing various variations of the Kryptonite xeno-mineral, trying to find a way to overcome Superman. It was during the testing of the highly unstable red variant that the alien radiation made Lulu's fur fall out. Before Lex could test the newly discovered orange variant, however, Superman staged a raid on his lab, accompanied by Krypto. During the raid, the emergency button that opened all the specimen cages was pushed. As Lulu watched her fellow guinea pigs run in panic, she herself was snatched by Krypto and delivered to a local animal shelter, despite her protests. What no one knew was that Lulu had noticed something in the readings about orange Kryptonite not even Lex had noticed: Orange Kryptonite would not affect people, only animals. Now with the beginnings of a plan, Lulu began to gather bits and pieces of machinery to create a tractor beam to capture a piece of orange Kryptonite and take her revenge.
