Lady Eve was a high ranking member of the Kobra Cult.
History
She first met Kobra in India, where she and her desert tribe nursed him back to health. With the promise of a better life, Eve was convinced to join him and together, they travelled to America, where they set their plan in motion.[1] She joined Kobra on his secret plan to mind control high officials of the US Army and steal a satelite defense program to blackmail the United States Government.[2] They were eventually stopped by Batman and the Outsiders.[3]

- Although this character was originally introduced during DC's Earth-One era of publication, their existence following the events of the 1985–86 limited series Crisis on Infinite Earths remains intact. However, some elements of the character's Pre-Crisis history may have been altered or removed for Post-Crisis New Earth continuity, and should be considered apocryphal.
