Lady Liberty was one of the many people who were granted superpowers by Lex Luthor's Everyman Project and subsequently began adopting super-hero identities in an attempt to protect Metropolis.
History
She took part in the battle between Skeets and the Justice League, which resulted in numerous deaths, including her own.
