History

Lalo Muldron was a native of the planet Imsk who auditioned for membership in the Legion of Super-Heroes. There was a competition to decide which Imskian would make the team, and Muldron sabotaged his opponents to win. Salu Digby discovered this, and taking him down in single combat earned her membership instead.
