Notes
- Velvet Tiger was created by Barbara Kesel and Trevor von Eeden, first appearing in Detective Comics #518. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Velvet Tiger first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in Batgirl (Volume 4) #43 by Cameron Stewart and Brenden Fletcher.
