History
Larry is a member of the Joker Clan under the leadership of Harley Quinn. He was with on a mission to destroy a green pill factory when he was first given his nickname.[1]
When the alternate reality Joker arrived and seduced Harley into handing the clan over to him, Larry and Perry made an assassination attempt on the clown's life, believing that the Joker's evilness was actually contrasting the anti-Regime agenda the gang actually represented. When the assasination was interrupted by the Regime attacking, Larry and Perry tried to convince Harley to take the gang back, but she was too overcome by her love for the Joker and threatened to shoot them.
However, when the attack had finally concluded, Harley came to her senses and handed the Joker over to Batman, apologizing and thanking her men for trying to help her before.[2]
