History

While all other large nations had gotten into the Second World War, and America had not, there were an unending variety of espionage agents at work in the U.S., and the most flagrant spy-sponsoring foreign power of that time was Latonia. An American secret agent was able to recover two sets of plans from a Latonian spy ring: A complete set of U.S. Fortifications plans, and a copy of Latonia's future war plans. He and another agent were able to arrest the spies, with enough evidence to obtain a conviction.
