Lawrence Snart was the abusive father of Leonard and Lisa Snart.

History

He was a member of the police who was well-documented as a drunk. During a traffic stop his partner was killed and he was shot in the arm. He was subsequently dismissed from the police force and his wife left him.

He was kidnapped by the New Rogues in an attempt to force Captain Cold and the Rogues into joining with Libra. Leonard threatened to kill all of the New Rogues and then his father himself. After killing the New Rogues Leonard hunted his father down and argued with him. He eventually ordered Heat Wave to burn him to death.
