History

Sometime between 2019 and 2031, when Larry was still operating as Positive Man, Mento absorbed Robotman's haywire upgrade system and accidentally created the city of Goliath. Because Mento's helmet required a lot of energy to fabricate the city, he abducted Larry and used him as a battery for years, forcing the Doom Patrol to believe he was dead for years before being rescued in 2031.
