Doctor Trapp is an expert trap maker in New new Gotham that has acted as an antagonist to Harley Quinn and her crew. He is also a member of Legion of Doom.

History

Following the destruction of Gotham City and its reconstruction into New New Gotham, Doctor Trapp set up his headquarters in the Gotham museum, having pillaged memorabilia of the city's greatest villains and hid them behind booby-trapped display cases.

Harley Quinn, wanting to break into Mister Freeze's ice-encased base, infiltrated the museum to get her hands on Firefly's flamethrower. Though she, Poison Ivy, and Kite-Man were almost killed in one of Doctor Trapp's traps, they ultimately escaped, and Harley broke his metal jaw with her baseball bat.

Trapp attended Poison Ivy's and Kite's Man wedding and later joined the Legion of Doom.
