Pyg was a serial killer in Gotham City.

History

No one knew who the Gotham City serial killer was, but the long list of his victims was known. On one of these nights, hiding his face in a pig mask, the strongman met Lucas Trent at the Joker's Wild nightclub, unaware that he was the vigilante Midnighter. After flirting with him and spiking his beer, he took him to his house where he intended to "perfect" him, that is, mutilate him to death in the same way he had done with others, because he thought him beautiful, "loved him" and wanted to make him one of his dolls.

Despite feeling dizzy, Midnighter was always ready for the dangers of Gotham and managed to defeat Pyg, killing him in his house with his own butcher knife.
