Leash is in charge of transporting young Meta-Humans to the Crucible where the young prisoners fight for their lives in The Culling.

History

During the Culling he teleported all of Harvest's minions the Ravagers into the crucible to attack the Teen Titans and the team of time lost superheroes, the Legion of Super-Heroes.

Powers and Abilities

Powers

• Energy Projection: Leash can create psionic wires that he can use to transport people or objects to any location. He can also use these powers as weapons to injure his enemies in a violent shock. Leash can also brainwash people and place them in a killing frenzy.
  • Mind Control: When Leash's tendrils strike a target, he can compel them to act irrationally and violently.
• Teleportation: Leash can teleport himself as well as teleport anyone ensnared in his "transport coils."
