Synopsis for "Reign of the Joker!"
Loska, formerly a loyal member of the Royal Council, is crowned king of Atlantis, with the support of the Joker, who hopes to use the Atlantean scientists to formulate some deadly toxins for his own use. The Joker also continues his bizarre affair with scientist Felua.
Meanwhile, Aquaman comes to Gotham City and asks for aid from Batman, who is prepared to tell him how to defeat the Joker, but not to aid him directly, at least at first. When Aquaman returns to Atlantis, the Joker attacks him with some of his unique poison, but the Batman has supplied Arthur with an antidote, and he pursues the Joker through his undersea kingdom. He has the Joker on the run, but the villain is saved by Felua who has genuinely fallen in love with him.
Some time later, Felua's body is discovered in Gotham Harbour, with a hideous Joker-like grin etched on her features.
