Synopsis for "Dr. Quinn's Diagnosis"

Batman tracks down Harley Quinn and attempts to interrogate her on the Joker's location. Harley Quinn agrees to help Batman, on the condition that he sits down for a psychiatric session. After a discussion, Harley Quinn informs Batman that she was stalling him and that the Joker's plan has been carried out. Batman arrests Harley Quinn and informs her that he deceived her, and that the Joker was captured before he even arrived at her location. Batman informs Commissioner Gordon that Harley Quinn is a willing participant in the Joker's crimes and not just another one of his victims. Batman hands Gordon a recording of his discussion with Harley Quinn as evidence, as she is taken into custody.
