Synopsis for "Things at Hand!"

After the explosion on Angtu[1] Leland McCauley sends workers to clean up the devastation and they are killed by Mano.

On Earth, Apparition attempts to teach Chameleon Interlac but gives up when she hears the commotion from Athramites attempting to redesign the team's costumes. R. J. Brande has hired them as consultants and he shows the heroes to their new headquarters built by the race. As they tour the new facility, an alarm goes off; it's McCauley requesting LSH help.

Elsewhere, agents of White Triangle plot to genocide a planet and lament that their attempt to kill Brande was unsuccessful.

The Legionnaires find the Science Police on the case and they tell the heroes to leave it to them. When the LSH talks to McCauley, he shows them a video from Mano swearing his vengeance against McCauley for selling the chemical weapons that killed his people. Meanwhile, the villain slaughters the Science Police and the Legionnaires arrive on the scene and split into teams. When they corner him, he uses the destructive powers of his dissolving hand to destroy the dome that keeps them from all flying into outer space.
