Synopsis for "Sibling Rivalry"
Ultra Boy enters a bar and is immediately accosted. He handily beats up the toughs and heads to the Legion of Super-Heroes Headquarters where Spark is being introduced by her brother.
Cosmic Boy and Saturn Girl confront President Jeanne Chu about the change which will force Live Wire to leave the LSH. Brainiac 5 works with Invisible Kid in his lab and Apparition is upbraided by her mother for how dangerous the LSH is. She phases out of her apartment room and encounters Ultra Boy. Several Legionnaires mistake him for an invader and attack, causing damage to several buildings as the violence escalates.
Live Wire quits the team and flies off with Ultra Boy, who introduces him to the Workforce.
