Once upon a time, history was made on the battlefield. Heroes chose to fight for justice... for honor... for glory and for faith... for survival. And, in time... all the fighting was done. With the help of interstellar alliances, the Earth entered a millennium of utopian peace. Now, at the dawn of the 31st Century, all we, our parents and their parents have ever known is security, stability and order. We're so sick of it, we could scream. And we are Legion.

Synopsis for "And We Are Legion"
General Toling4rd discusses with a Science Police officer about the Legion of Super-Heroes, as they get to know that an experimental macrobot has gone out of control. Seconds later, they also get to know that the Legion had already taken care of the robot.
After that, some Legionnaires meets Lyle Norg, and he "shows" them his power, invisibility. Ultra Boy confirms that Lyle is invisible on all electromagnetic wavelengths. Lyle is dubbed "Invisible Kid", and enters the headquarters. Meanwhile, Cosmic Boy talks to the United Planets council, when Star Boy and Shadow Lass interrupts with the news that the macrobot is taken care of. Suddenly, Ultra Boy calls tells everybody to go to the Transmatter room, and through the portal to the planet Lallor. It's has been a rebellion there, and soldiers had brought the local Legionnaires down. Cosmic Boy and the UP council tried to keep the Legion from attacking and just save lives, but Cosmic Boy eventually changed his mind, and allowed the Legion to take offense, despite the warnings from the UP council. Next day, Star Boy explains to Invisible Kid about that every person under the age of 18 who is willing to fight for change is welcome to call himself/herself a Legionnaire, and that the core team, those who have Flight Rings, are just the investigators.
