Leo McCloskey is a detective on the New York City Police Department and was formerly the partner of Alex Sanchez.
History
When Alex became the hero Firebrand, McCloskey used his position on the force to assist him. MeCloskey was also involved in shooting and paralyzing the criminal Max the Knife.[1]
