History

Captain Cold robbed a bank in Central City, taking hostages and blasting the bank manager with his cold gun. David Singh called the Flash, forcing him to leave an awards ceremony and stop the robbery. Once defeated by the Flash Captain Cold was arrested by the CCPD. After returning from the Midnight Circus the Flash instead called Blue Beetle to stop Captain Cold's bank robbery, deciding to spend the time with Iris West at the awards ceremony.
