Leonard Snart was the supervillian Captain Cold and a frequent enemy of The Flash.

History

He teamed-up with other ice-themed criminals to freeze an entire city. They ended up fighting each other for control of the group until Mister Freeze suggested they compete for dominance by committing dastardly cold crimes. Captain Cold mugged a cool rapper, but was apprehended by the Super Friends before he could escape.
