Leonid Kovar is Starfire, a Russian superhero that coincidentally shares an alias with the Teen Titan of the same name.

History

When Beast Boy claimed he was Starfire in order to trick his teammate's fairy godmother into granting him wishes instead, Kovar showed up at Titans Tower claiming to be Starfire as well. Beast Boy wished that Kovar didn't have a mouth before he could say his full name and reveal the ruse. Eventually Beast Boy was caught in his lie and magically turned into a trash can.
