Sister Leslie was a nun who looked after the destitute of Gotham City.

History

Sister Leslie was a senior nun in Gotham City and used the Church's resources to look after the destitute of Gotham City. When Bruce Wayne's parents were killed, she helped in looking after him. She also took in Selina Kyle, who had run to the United States, and became close friends with her.

After the murder of women at the hands of Jack the Ripper, she expressed her concerns to police commissioner James Gordon and Bruce. Gordon later confronted her at her church and Leslie didn't try to fight back, accepting her death and stating she forgave him.
