- Liza Warner was created by Robert Kanigher and John Rosenberger, first appearing in 1st Issue Special #4. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Liza Warner first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in Danger Street #1 by Tom King and Jorge Fornés.
