Professor Loar Vndaar is employed at the Science Police Academy, located on Titan.
History
It is one of the finest Institute of Psychic Science in the United Planets. Saturn Girl was a fellow pupil of the professor's. She and Lightning Lad paid a visit to the Academy to seek help with their decision between marriage and leaving the Legion, or remain single and stay with the team. Professor Vndaar ran them through some tests. The two lovers entered a Sensacomp Simulator, which caused artificial situations, so that they could clarify their choice. During the proceedings, they were confronted by several challenges. In the end, they were provided with the answer they sought -- marriage.
