Synopsis for "Psycho-Bikers vs. the Mutants from Hell"

Funklevision host Uncle Funkle had hired Lobo to be his bodyguard. Uncle Funkle instructed Lobo to guard his mouse friend Melvin. While doing so, Lobo discovered a corpse, realizing that it was the real Uncle Funkle. Upon confronting "Uncle Funkle", Zip Nolan and his Mutie Boys burst in and came to take him back to Earth, revealing his real name to be "Morf." While attempting to escape, Morf was captured, along with Lobo.

Meanwhile, on Mega-City One, Judge Dredd saved the Belgian president from armed power boarders. Then, he revealed that the power boarders were after the president's ring, the Star of Mars, and requested for judges to act as his security. Zip returned to the Undercity with Morf and delivered him to his older brother Mad Murph. His brother was able to coerce him to join his search for the other Star of Mars after already gaining possession of one, using Melvin as leverage.

Lobo found a dimension jump belt and decided to follow Morf to Earth. At the Hotel Belge Luxe in Mega-City One, Morf stole the Star of Mars from the president after shapeshifting into one of his servants. Lobo found himself inside of a prison cell in the Psycho Block of Mega-City One, where he fought Mean Machine. The judges entered the cell in response to the fight, but Lobo rushed away in his Spacehog, but the Mean Machine grabbed onto it, making Judge Dredd think that the Main Man was his accomplice. Eventually, Lobo was able to trick Mean into shaking his hand, then he pushed him away, causing him to land on the ground. Then, he vowed revenge.

Lobo continued to search for Morf and tracked him down to the Undercity, but was being pursued by Judge Dredd. Morf delivered the Star of Mars to his brother in exchange for Melvin, but they were discovered and attacked by Lobo. During the battle, Judge Dredd and Mean Machine both caught up to Lobo. Judge Dredd ordered the mutants to surrender, although they refused, starting a fight between him, Lobo, Mean Machine, and the mutants.

After defeating the mutants, Lobo attempted to confront Morf, but was interrupted by Mean. Mad Murph attempted to end their fight by using the rings, but instead, directed both of their attention towards himself. Judge Dredd attempted to apprehend Mad Murph for theft and organizing an armed revolt, but was overpowered by the rings. Believing that his brother had gone too far, Morf shapeshifted into their mother and convinced Mad Murph to surrender the rings, allowing both Judge Dredd and Lobo to kill him.

After the battle, Lobo confronted Morf about his five-thousand credit debt to him. Since Morf did not have any money, Lobo forced Morf to work for it before they teleported away with the belt, while Judge Dredd acquired the rings and recaptured Mean Machine.

Lobo decided to make up for Morf's debt by having the latter shapeshift into Johnny B. Worse to collect a 20,000 credit bounty.
