Synopsis for the 1st Story
Lobo is set to hunt down Ramona's ex-beau "Bronc" Chauvez to have him repay a debt to Ramona while under audit from the Interstellar Revenue Service. Lobo remains irked while pursued for back traffic tickets by a collection agent and the collection agency sends Agent Mortis to handle not only Ramona's debts from getting repaid but to squeeze a few quarters out of Lobo for NEVER paying a dime into taxes. Crash landing to a planet of euphoric-minded wimps doesn't bode well to the Main Man either as he tries to salvage himself from a space-wreck.
