Lois Lane was a reporter for the Daily Planet in Metropolis.

History

One day, Perry White assigned her to interview the millionaire Clark Kent in Gotham City and her co-worker Lex Luthor introduced her to Kent, as they were childhood friends. Lois fell in love with Clark from the very beginning, but she was soon captured by Braniac. Batman and Superman worked together to rescue Lois, and after this encounter, Lois and Clark started a serious relationship. Eventually, they got married and Lois learned the truth about Clark and Lex's secret identities as Batman and Superman.

When Clark was affected by Gold Kryptonite, Lex saved Clark's life by transferring his powers to him. Afterwards, Lois and the others witnessed the departure of Lex Luthor to another planet.
