This version of Lois Lane hails from a Last 52 reality where she believed superheroes to be a menace for humanity so she turned on them, even her husband Superman whose powers were stolen by Lois who became the leader of the Anti-superheroes army.
History
Early history
On her home reality, like her primary counterpart, Lois Lane was a Daily Planet reporter who was married to her colleague Clark Kent, also known as the superhero Superman; the couple also had a son, Jon.
However, the journalist became disillusioned about the superheroes, thinking of them as a problem for the safety of the humanity, so she wrote a series of articles about their threat. In order to expose the truth of her beliefs, she also allied herself with a S.T.A.R. Labs scientist, Maxima, but this backfired against Lois as the mad scientist super-powered herself to battle Superman in the middle of Metropolis: the fight caused the destruction of the Daily Planet, with Lois being buried alive under its brick, and the death of an entire school group in a nearby museum, including Lois' son, Jon.
Lois survived the tragedy and, later, interviewed her husband, who was on a apology tour, about what happened: he was caught off guard by Lois who used a piece of Amber Kryptonite, a last gift from Maxima, to steal his Kryptonian powers from him and she immediately killed him, cutting his head off.[1].
Then, she formed an anti-superheroes movement, handing them out Kryptonite pieces, in order to conquer the Earth. Other superheroes, including Wonder Woman and Aquaman[1][2] whose head was also cut off and exposed by the army as a trophy, fell under the attack of the super-powered Lois; in the end, Lois and her army managed to conquer the entire planet.
Invasion of Earth 0
After the Earth 0's residents rebelled against the Darkest Knight's dominion, the Dark Multiverse God, who was battling the Mother of Multiverse Perpetua, recruited Lois (and her army) and other Last 52 villains and sent them to battle the resistence.
During the clashes, Last 52's Lois and her entire movement, still exposing the heads of Superman and Wonder Woman as trophies, faced the Prime Earth Lois, devastated from seeing her darkest fears taking shape. The villain captured her counterpart, told her about what happened on her reality and took her to the destroyed Daily Planet's roof, leaving her fall to her death.[1]
