- This version of the character is exclusive to the continuity of the Source and is an adaptation of Lois Lane. The original character was created by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster and first appeared in Action Comics #1.
- Though the character is only referred to as "Lois" by her co-anchors, her position as a dark-haired news reporter has served as enough evidence to suggest she is meant to be an adaption of Lois Lane.
