Loki is the Norse god of mischief.
History
Long ago, Loki committed a terrible sin and was sentenced to be chained into a cave where a snake would perpetually spit venom in his face. He was freed by Odin in order to bargain the Hell's key with Dream of the Endless and escaped to run wild in the mortal world. He took part in the War of the Gods, battling the Justice League, and later aided Puck in kidnapping Daniel Hall, setting in motion the events that led to the child becoming the new Dream. On Odin's orders, Thor tracked Loki down and bound him in the underworld once more.
