Loo was an enemy of Lobo.

History

Loo was a very dangerous assassin and bounty hunter on the planet Dooley-7 who once fought Lobo and was able to kill the Main Man through treachery, when his misshapen brother, hidden in his pocket, shot Lobo with a special weapon. But the Last Czarnian was able to return from the dead (after some adventures in the afterlife) and killed the duo.
