Synopsis for "Mad"

Loose Cannon was tackled out of a building by Killrok and crashed into the sewer. Killrok insisted that he and Loose Cannon were "brothers in the New Blood" and should be working together to kill all humans. The two individuals continued to fight until Loose Cannon had turned red and overpowered Killrok. Meanwhile, Superman was flying in the sky when he dragged Loose Cannon and Killrok from the sewer. Maggie Sawyer arrived and reprimanded Loose Cannon, who stormed off and returned to his home. The next day, Eddie Walker went to work as a police officer, when Maggie asked him what he had on Loose Cannon, who Eddie was, in secret. Later, Eddie went to the Suicide Slum, where he entered a building that exploded. When the police arrived at the scene, Maggie believed Eddie to be dead and Loose Cannon to be responsible and ordered her men to confront him. Meanwhile, Bounty, Inc., consisting of Bomber, Highkick, and Traxx, made plans to collect a bounty on Loose Cannon.
