Love Stories was an anthology comic featuring romance stories. It was formerly Heart Throbs.
It is not to be confused with the long-running title Girls' Love Stories.
Quality Comics published Heart Throbs from #! (Aug 1949) thru #46 (Dec 1956), then sold the title to Arleigh Publishing Company.
DC published Heart Throbs from issue #47 (Apr/May 1957), until #146 (Oct 1972), then changed the title to Love Stories, starting with issue #147 (Nov 1972), and it ran under that title until Love Stories #152 (Oct/Nov 1973).
