Lower Pluxa was a neighbor of Bialya.
History
Lower Pluxa opportunistically invaded its neighboring nation, Bialya, on the occasion of the death of Bialya's ruler, Queen Bee.[1] Along with its conventional military forces, President Fortesq of Lower Pluxa deployed a team of super-powered metahumans, the Hero Group. The newly-reinstated leader of Bialya, Sumaan Harjavti, likewise was able to deploy a super team, by persuading the Justice League to defend his beleagured nation. They clashed, until some of the more astute members of both teams discerned that all of them were being played, by their own national leaders. The metahumans mutinied and compelled Harjavti and Fortesq to box with one another in a humiliating public contest.
